WT801LP is an ultra long distance, high performance wireless communication module. It operates in free frequency band. The WT801LP uses Semtech’s patented Lora modulation technology, which combines spread spectrum modulation and forward error correction to improve the range and robustness of wireless communication links compared to traditional FSK or OOK modulation.



WT801LP is a highly integrated low-power half-duplex RF transceiver module, which is embedded in a high-speed and low-power single-chip microcomputer, and adopts a high-performance RF chip modulated by LORA, which can achieve longer than existing FSK or OOK modulation RF transceivers. the distance. WT801LP fully supports LORAWAN Class-A protocol.

The module adopts Lora modulation, and the sensitivity is increased to -137 dBm, which greatly prolongs the transmission distance under low power consumption. Through the LORAWAN protocol, through the gateway solution, the problems of collision and low power consumption can be solved.

The WT801LP module has an interface voltage of 2.6-3.6V and consumes only 13 mA in receive mode. If there are no packets to transmit, the module consumes only 1.3uA, ideal for battery powered systems.
